Earthquake in Italy
Hundreds of people have died in a 6.2 magnitude earthquake in Italy.
Buildings have collapsed in the hardest-hit towns of Amatrice, Accumoli and Arquata del Tronto in mountainous regions of Central Italy.
World Jewish Relief is speaking to potential humanitarian partners and the Italian Jewish community about exactly how we will be able to contribute to the response.
Although we have not launched a full-scale appeal for funding at this stage, contributions are welcome. They will be directed either to the earthquake response in Italy or to future emergencies that World Jewish Relief will respond to.
If you would like to donate to World Jewish Relief, visit our appeals page.
